The installed technology includes three production lines
CUTTING PRODUCTION PROCESS
The straightening and cutting line enables cross-cutting stainless-steel coils (weight up to 20 tons) into standard or “customised” formats according to customer requirements. The output product is sheets with a thickness of 0.4 to 4.0 mm and widths of 450 to 1500 mm and lengths of 450 to 6600 mm. The device allows the individual sheets to be interleaved with paper or the surface to be covered with a protective film.
REWINDING PRODUCTION PROCESS
The equipment allows rewinding and cutting input coils (weight up to 20 tons). The output products are coils with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 2 mm, width of 100 mm to 1500 mm and weight of 50 kg to 5000 kg, either paper-interleaved, covered with protective film or without the above mentioned components with the possibility of continuous marking according to the customer’s requirements. The coil’s inner diameter at the outlet is 300 mm or 508 mm.
GRINDING AND BRUSHING PRODUCTION PROCESS
This performs dry grinding of formed sheets with a thickness of 0.4 mm to 4.0 mm, a width of 500 mm to 1500 mm and a length of 950 mm to 5500 mm with a continuous grinding cloth with a grain size of 80 to 400 (standard grinding grain is 240), through two grinding heads with automatic coating with a protective film. The brushing line brushes the sheet metal surface with abrasive rotary brushes and then covers it with a protective film (the so called Scotch Brite). This machine is capable of processing sheets with a thickness of 0.4 mm to 3 mm, a width of 500 mm to 1500 mm and a length of 950 mm to 4700 mm.
